I call them my “heart melters” because it really is the best way to describe them!  These are the people in my life who with a flutter of the eyelash, a smile in their eyes, or a tug on my hand, simply “melt” me.

The one who has been melting my heart the longest.  The love of my life!  He brings joy to my life, a hug when I need it, and the smile in his eyes might just be all I need.  I really can’t imagine what my life would be like without him.  I’m so glad we figured out to hang out together…for life!

And then there’s this little guy.  He is learning and finding that it’s the little things that make my heart melt.  Through his eyes, I see that it can be a complex world.  And sometimes, well it’s just the little things in life that count.  Little things that add up to a lot of things, that make me love him all the more.

She will not be out done by her big brother.  She is a very quick learner, and she already knows just about all the right things to say at a very young age to melt even the hardest of hearts!  The sparkle in her eyes, and the innocence of her words is probably what makes my heart melt the fastest!

And this little guy, well he may be a few years younger than the rest, but something tells me it won’t be long for him to catch up with the rest of the heart melters.  He already has captured my heart, that’s for sure!  And oh, those big blue eyes!

My hope and prayer for all of them….is that God would wrap his arms around them, and keep them safe. Forever.

I love them all so much, there really are no words to describe it.
