Not far in the distance stands this solitary tree. It has been named, Lone Cypress.
A very old tree that has stood the test of time and weather, and has become a well-known landmark in this part of the world!
It also just happens to be one of the most photographed spots along the West Coast!

Somehow I thought you were going to write more here..and suddenly it ended..:(
Sorry to disappoint you :(. Sometimes I just run out of words. 🙂
I guess I was hoping the picture would say it all!!
In a way I meant it as a compliment to what your wrote with the picture 🙂 Looks like am still getting used to short prose..
Ahhh…ok! Well, thank you 🙂 I understand what you are saying. I’ve had the same thing happen to me before, thinking there was going to be more explanation, and then it just ends!
But it’s also true, that I just run out of words sometimes! Ha! 🙂
Thank you for stopping by, and thank you for the compliment! It’s very much appreciated!
Oh yeah … The grand ol’ lone cypress – fun times, eh?????
Some of the best times of my life! I love going on road trips with you! It’s about time for another one, don’t ya think? 🙂
