Serenity: the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled
Time spent in my garden is time spent in serenity…(most of the time, except for when the bugs eat my plants)..but other than that, it is a very calm, peaceful, untroubled place in my little world.
Where do you find your serenity?
Roses in the morning….I love walking through my morning gardens with a cup of coffee. This is a lovely photo.
Oh me too! Sometimes it’s hard to just walk and not look at all the work that needs to be done. 🙂 But, I realize there is a time for every thing, so I find time for both! 🙂
Lovely picture! I was wondering where you found the weekly photo challenge prompts?
Thank you Kirsten! I appreciate you stopping by. The weekly photo challenge can be found by going to: https://dailypost.wordpress.com/dp_photo_challenge/serenity/, each Friday they put up a new challenge. I hope you’ll join in the fun and take the challenge! 🙂 It’s fun.
Thank you so much, Becky, for giving me the information. I will have to try my hand at some of the challenges 🙂 It looks like it will be fun.
No problem, I’m looking forward to what you do! No stress, just fun!
Lovely shot of the rose. Pink on top and white on the bottom. It looks so soft and almost like a dollop of whipped cream with some pink icing on top 😀
Thank you so much Mabel – you always have such kind comments, I appreciate them a lot!
We had a vegetable garden when I was growing up which took 2 whole hours to water. After that my sister and I with our mom had to weed and fork and do whatever else was needed. Can’t say I really liked it then but as an adult digging around in little plant pots and watching things grow gardening has become one of my most relaxing times ever. Thanks for the reminder and this beautiful flower 🙂
